"We love this place. We came for 3 nights and stayed for 6!! Clare and Graham are wonderful hosts with a terrific sense of humour. The breakfasts are unbelievable. Opera, Vintage cars, Abel Tasman, scallops & whitebait fritters are just some of the fond memories that we have of The Queen Vic. Paradise- yeahhh!"
Pat and Wendy, Canada
"Thanks for a most comfortable place to stay, for the hospitality and generosity of spirit. I am proud that NZ is represented so well in you, and that world travellers might take impressions of our lovely paradise with them to their homes"
Robert, Auckland
PS "If the bed were able to fit in my bag I would have taken it BEST BED EVER!!"

Your room at the Queen Vic Bed and Breakfast is separate from the house with a view out over the orchard.
It is a lovely spacious ensuite room - many of our guests have commented on how comfortable the queen size bed is!
A jug of our fresh granny smith apple juice and a tin of home baking welcomes you.
Your room is well appointed with:
- electric blankets
- television
- a small dining table and chairs
- fridge
- toaster & electric jug
- tea, coffee & sugar
- plates, cups, wineglasses
- a small dining table and chairs
- 2 lounge chairs
For your enjoyment there is an old fashioned looking gramophone which is also a radio and C.D. player (so it's not really old) with a selection of records and CDs.
There's also reading material if you'd like to sit and relax.
Your ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet.
Liquid soap, shower gel, towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Enjoy a generous continental or cooked breakfast in your room or alfresco - the Tasman region has some of the longest sunshine hours in New Zealand.
Take a wander through the orchard and sample some of the fruit we grow. (Our well behaved Jack Russell Terrier called Flynn may accompany you). The fruit varies with the season but includes nectarines, peaches, plums, apples, pears and kiwifruit. Or stroll around the garden.
Relax outside with a glass of wine or enjoy a spa to ease those muscles after walking the Abel Tasman Track. Gaze at the stars and enjoy that lack of city light pollution.
There's plenty of off street parking, so if you're travelling with your boat, that's not a problem.
Our tariff is NZ$135 per night which includes breakfast.
